For this online spot for BC Hydro, we teamed up with DDB to explain the benefits of using MyHydro account features. Featuring the saving-conscious characters the Greens, this video shows how using a MyHydro account can help reduce energy consumption and bills.

MyHydro had many useful features that we had to describe in a short timeframe. We used fun scenarios and animation to present a lot of information on account features in a compact way. We also made the Greens immediately relatable, so that the viewer would feel connected to the message right away.

We designed each onscreen element to match the icon based designs of the campaign website, and made sure that all the characters and objects were unique, playful and eye-catching. We gave a more dynamic look to the flat outlined icons by using some 3D elements throughout the video and by creating interesting transitions.
